ViSV Foundation is a not-for-profit systems-building organisation creating civic, youth, and community movements that deliver measurable social good.
We design living systems—platforms, networks, and models—that activate people, institutions, and ecosystems to solve India’s most pressing challenges.
Our work blends community, creativity, and technology to reimagine how cities, rural economies, and social sectors can function. Every initiative is built on the belief that meaningful change happens when people become co-creators, not just beneficiaries.
Over the years, ViSV Foundation has shaped systems across education, livelihoods, women’s leadership, food systems, sustainability, health, climate resilience, and civic life.
Through design-led frameworks, innovation funnels, and technology-enabled approaches, ViSV has empowered youth, activated communities, revived local value chains, and built scalable, replicable models that deliver long-term impact.

Our Founder
Vishala Reddy
Vishala Reddy Vuyyala is a systems builder, ecosystem architect, and founder of ViSV Foundation with 20+ years of multi-sector experience across India and global markets.
Led 5,000+ projects across hospitality, tourism, community planning, large-format events, and experience architecture.
Built four ventures and activated 10+ brands that integrate culture, commerce, and community systems.
Orchestrated 20+ civic movements reaching 10M+ citizens, building networks with 3,000+ organisations.
Recognised by NITI Aayog, UN Women, FICCI, and the Atal Innovation Mission for contributions to women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development.
Her approach merges people, policy, place, and technology, shaping India’s next generation of civic and innovation ecosystems. She currently leads the Delhi AI Grind, positioning Delhi as a national hub for youth-led AI innovation and systems thinking.
